This 4,300 square foot Miami home was in need of an update to work for a family of five.
The interior renovation included an over haul of the kitchen, floors and bathrooms. Our goal for the renovation was to bring in new life into the space, and create an environment that was modern yet timeless. The kitchen renovation began by removing a massive wall that enclosed the space to make it feel more open and inviting. The existing layout was then completely flipped on its head so it was functional for a large family. We brought in an incredible island that has a stunning porcelain countertop. And if you look closely you’ll see a unique surprise, hidden doors that lead to a hallway, guest room, and bathroom.
The pool and Jack and Jill Bath was also given a major makeover. The spaces were completely updated, and given a new layout to maximize the space. By moving the plumbing around in both bathrooms, we were able to fit in larger vanities and showers in both bathrooms.
